Summary: My wife and I have just had a six night stay at Clarence cottage and have loved every minute of it (6th -12th May). The accommodation is spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, and has everything you may need during your stay. Weather was nice enough to make use of its lovely & peaceful garden which is very well kept. Kitchen was well stocked with all the pots pans & plates etc that we needed. Also a lovely (and thoughtful) welcome pack with fresh milk in the fridge + beer & cider, and chocolates, biscuits & some lovely coffee for the cafetiÃ¨re. Bed is super comfy, & bedroom has plenty of clothes storage & hanging space. Bathroom has both bath and shower. Living room has tv, sofa and a dining table. There are also plenty of books to read & guides for kales & local places of interest.Pub next door which serves food(whatâ€™s not to like). Iâ€™m a light sleeper and wasnâ€™t disturbed at all during our stay. Great property and great hosts.

Summary: Relaxing winter weekend away at this lovely cottage. The cottage had everything we needed, spotlessly clean, bed very comfy and loved the wood burning stove. Next door to a lovely pub/restaurant where we ate both nights. Would highly recommend.

Summary: Clarence Cottage is a beautifully decorated and so lovely and clean. An ideal place to unwind. Pub next door is fabulous for meals and so friendly. Expected noise from the pub but heard nothing. Cottage very well equipped. Can't fault this gorgeous little cottage and it's location. We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely walk into Appleton and along the river.

Summary: 2nd visit to this lovely cottage. Well equipped and an excellent location for exploring all the area has to offer. Welcome pack is a great touch. Theres a local shop down the road and a pub a stone's throw away from the front door with great food.
