This is an updated, impeccably clean, and inviting space! 1 large bedroom, full bath with tub and shower, kitchenette, dining, living room with queen sleeper sofa, office and small patio area. Kitchenette includes refrigerator, convection/air fryer/toaster oven, double hot plate, microwave, Keurig, and all the cooking gadgets you will need. TV includes streaming and basic cable.
The suite is the entire lower level of the main house. Stairs lead down the side of the house to the back patio and private suite entrance. Interior door to main house is locked at all times and living areas are completely separate. You will have access to laundry in the main (upstairs) house, day and time to be coordinated.
