Positive: Not a friendly staff. Not like a resort as per advertised.

Negative: Not a lot of choice for food and room service took a while. Jacuzzi is not what it’s supposed to be.

Negative: Should offer complimentary coffee for the price of a room. Other hotels offer, complimentary breakfast & coffee for fraction of the cost. Expect a bit more from the Omni for the price of the stay.
