Positive: Great welcome on arrival and everything explained well. Very spacious apartment, everything you need is available, so no need to pack any extras to use in kitchen for example. Shops very close to buy food. Comfortable beds. Very accommodating with dogs.

Positive: Large and spacious, tastefully furnished and decorated and beautiful Georgian property. Well equipped kitchen and thoughtfully supplied with everything needed. Thoughtful touch for a special occasion. Very convenient for the ferry to Portsmouth and local amenities.

Negative: Unfortunately on one night there was very loud music and shouting in the early hours outside.

Summary: Extremely happy to find this historic apartment in a great location for our holiday.

Positive: The apartment is stunning; the photos don't do it justice. It is furnished and decorated beautifully and is clean, comfortable and well equipped. We felt very much at home during our stay. Giovanna and Gary have created a really lovely holiday home. Giovanna was friendly and helpful when we met her upon arrival and when we contacted her in regard to a very minor issue, she responded quickly and Gary sorted it out for us promptly. The Georgian Apartment is located at the top of Gosport high street, so it is in a very convenient location for shops, local attractions and the Gosport ferry, which will take you across to Portsmouth's Historic Dockyard and Gunwharf Quays. It is absolutely perfect for us as we have family in Gosport and the parking spaces are a real bonus!

Positive: A good location near the ferry and with good parking. The host was most welcoming and the Regency apartment was large and well equipped .

Negative: A little noisy at night at the weekend .. but near shops and facilities

Positive: the house was amazing, the facilities were exceptional and felt like home. The rooms were great size and lounge and kitchen were perfect for our family I loved the chairs on the landing of the bedrooms as after got kids to bed I could sit and read with a cuppa or glass of wine to chill When we arrived they had also set up a small Christmas tree for the kids to decorate which just made their day. I would stay here again
