We have a beautiful detached period house on a beach front location of which 2/3 is self contained available for hire. Features include 3 bedrooms (master with sea views from 2 aspects) all with TVs (2 with ensuite ) and 2 further bathrooms. There is a large 26ft lounge with its own breakfast balcony and sea views with log burner. A separate dining room and kitchen with utilities. A 26ft games room with a full size snooker table, dartboard and access to cross trainer. Outside there is full access to a beautiful terraced walk way enclosed walled garden which has a hot tub to accommodate 6 people and a large lawn area with equipment catering for volleyball, badminton, fitness weights and croquet games. Located on Stokes Bay opposite the Sailing Club ,Splash park, Crazy Golf and with easy access to Portsmouth Heritage sites, Isle Of Wight and rail links to London.

Summary: We really enjoyed staying at Peter and Jacqueline's home. It was a totally unique place and the garden is exceptional. We were lucky with the weather and spent a lot of time in the garden and using the BBQ and hot tub. The location is fantastic, with the beach, a lovely cafe and restaurant, kids playground and splash park just a moment's walk. We would definitely recommend this property. Thank you for a lovely visit.

Summary: We went as 2 families (me and my friend and our 4 boys between us). Entrance into the house/hall way was amazing, the sights from around the house were beautiful and Games room for the kids (or/& adults) was incredible. Great location and the owners were always around to help and very attentive.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Jackie and Peter's property. They were very attentive hosts. We enjoyed the hot tub and the games room and socialising in the large garden in the evenings. The property was clean and had ample space for groups of 6. Our party included 4 adults and 2 toddlers.
