Summary: Garrison House Inn is in a great location near Fort Anne Historic Site. The Inn is in an old house and has seven rooms. Photos show a nice enclosed dining room and an indoor dining room. Both, however, were closed for the season. Our room was on the third floor, accessed by a narrow stairway. The room was small and felt a little cramped. Two easy chairs and a queen bed were comfortable. There was a communal coffee maker just outside the room and a sitting area with a nice view. A high point was a delicious breakfast that came with the room. A low was a dated shower stall with a stained shower floor and signs of mold on the caulking in the shower. The rest of the bathroom was fine. The proprietor was very nice and gave us restaurant recommendations since hers was closed (with the exception of serving breakfast). There's not much one can do about small rooms, but I would address the grungy looking shower stall in our room.

Summary: Alana and Murray were wonderful, friendly hosts. We felt at home. Great traditional breakfasts and hot coffee refills. Charming rooms. Fort Ann is right across the street and historic homes were walking distance. Art & Po was a great place for lunch.

Summary: This Inn feels like a home away from home. It includes a nice breakfast and the couple that owns the Inn are very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. The location in Annapolis Royal is beautiful there is so much to explore within walking distance.

Summary: Our stay at the Garrison Inn was lovely. Our hosts were welcoming and very accomodating. The rooms were cozy and charming and the included breakfast was delicious. Will stay again if we come back this way.

Summary: Loved this place! The rooms were so quaint and it was a perfect location. The service was so personable, and you were made to feel right at home from the first moment you stepped inside. We had two rooms and both were unique and charming in their decor that totally suited the location. Will definitely be booking again next time we are visiting the area!

Summary: Our stay at the Garrison House the first week of June was very nice. The house was clean and comfortable. The innkeepers were friendly and answered questions about the area and local activities. Great coffee, delicious and hardy hot breakfast every morning. We stayed 7 nights. I will definitely stay there again!!
