This two story century home is located in Deep Brook, right on the Evangeline trail, and with a partial view of the Annapolis basin, just steps from a nice, quiet beach, great for long walks and beachcombing. You can bring a kayak, or rent one in Digby, and follow the coastline all the way to Annapolis Royal or let the tide take you down to Bear river, and let it bring you back out again after a visit in the picturesque tidal village. Or jog and bike along the old train tracks-turned into nature trail running parallel to the beach.
The house features 3 comfortable bedrooms, a sitting room with a smart tv, a dining room, a gorgeous fully equipped kitchen with a propane stove and convection oven, and even an art studio/workshop space at the back end of the house for rainy day crafters or serious artists.
That room takes you out to the ample backyard, surrounded by trees and rose bramble, with a little patio area and bbq, herb garden, and little greenhouse. I've set up a hammock under the apple trees at the back for a quiet afternoon snooze.
The area is really well located almost in between Digby and Annapolis Royal, and Bear river, and it's a short drive to many sights and trails, and beaches.
