Summary: Wow is an understatement. The property is so beautiful. Friendly staff/owner. Studio apartment is equipped with basic kitchen needs. The reception has additional cutlery and plates if needed. The owner kindly offered cake and kale and lettuce from their farm.

Summary: Very comfortable room with all the amenities to eat in. Adequately stocked to prepare your meal. Nice bites to help yourself in the community kitchen is a nice touch. Easy access from main road and very quiet.

Summary: We stayed a few nights and it felt more like visiting a friend than staying at a hotel. The owner took care of every little thing, and every evening there was something homemade waiting for us, a nice touch after a day out! The surroundings were great too, with a hot tub and a waterfall nearby, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The whole place is cozy, clean, and clearly cared for down to the smallest detail. We left feeling completely at home. Really recommend it if you want a stay that feels personal, not generic!

Summary: Our room was located near the reception desk. The room included a private deck at the rear, but it was raining during our stay so we were not able to use it. Check in was easy and the owners/staff were very friendly and helpful. There was homemade baked goods available for the guests, albeit a day old. The room was decent for a single night stay (bare cement floor with dated furniture, but a very nice shower and bathroom with heated floor; WiFi included; bed was comfortable and we had a quiet night's rest; lighting inside the room was not great; nice location/scenic behind the property; free parking included; room was cold with no way to adjust the temperature).

Summary: What an amazing find!! We knew we wanted to set up a base close to some of the tour spots instead of going back and forth to Reykjavik and this was for sure the best decision. The place is so quant and well taken care of. It is family run and the host we met and worked with most of the time was Ana. She was fantastic! We had a view of the bay area, and right behind is a beautiful waterfall! If I am ever in that area again, I will for sure be staying there again. Not really walkable to many place, but short drives.

Summary: Very nice little hotel nearby VIK. The hotel is located near a waterfall in a very nice spot. The room was quite large and everything was very clean. They also have some games and even snacks available for everyone staying to enjoy. Very good option at a reasonable price.
