Negative: Facilities were not really at par with the prices charged ( vis a vis our other accommodations in Iceland ) Lock at the door got stuck again and again ( though host was gracious enough to help us out)

Positive: It was a very cute small studio surrounded by mountain peaks and sheep, as well as horses on the property. It was cozy, and everything was clean and worked properly. Easy to check in by ourselves with a code. Location was about 30 minutes from Vik and Dyrholaey area and maybe 10-15 to the nearby waterfall and Stogar Museum.

Negative: Everything in Iceland is extremely expensive. This was no exception. For Iceland's standards, it was probably slightly above average, but we needed a place in that area, and the closest we could find to Vik was this place. Outside of the cost, there weren't any major issues with it. The bed and pillow could have been a bit more comfortable for how much you pay, so doing an upgrade would be recommended. We didn't cook anything or use the TV, so we can't speak to that.
