Positive: Exquisite architectural features which no other hotel I feel in Winnipeg possesses, which makes the stay feel exceptional.

Negative: Absolutely nothing at all. Everything was simply perfect.

Positive: Location was excellent. We walked to many places. The best::::::: Beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable as well as towels and linens. Loved the bathrobes. Restaurant made the best Eggs Benedict I have ever had, hands down. Cleanliness was exceptional throughout the facility. Self parking was convenient. Staff were friendly and first rate.

Negative: TV was terrible to figure out, no instruction - channel guide was impossible, very poor programming. Would have expected cable, movie channel and other. Definitely need to upgrade. Hair dryer needs to be upgraded to more power. I have fine hair and it took forever to dry. Very unusual. Room 515 was a bit noisy from surrounding area. Not sure if people were moving furniture above us or what but every morning early it occurred.
