Positive: Location as it is across the street from Canada Life Center and we were there for a hockey game. More cozy than a hotel, feels more like home.

Negative: No parking. Last year we had parking included and this year it was not. The parkade attached is expensive at $21 per day and you do not have access to come and go, you have to pay each time you leave which is costly. Also, there was no coffee. I didn’t bring any as last time we stayed here they had some but this year there was a small container with only a tsp. left in it. Disappointing as the Tim Horton’s around the corner was closed on weekends which is unheard of!

Summary: Excellent location but if it had parking included it would have been perfect!

Positive: Small but comfortable

Negative: We knew we would be arriving outside of normal check in hours. Our host said that they would stay awake to accommodate us. There was no answer when we arrived and the security guard refused to allow us entry to the building,- which we understood. He eventually felt sorry for us and allowed us entry when we we were leaving to go and find a hotel at 12 midnight. We never received any explanation from the host.

Positive: Brilliant place to stay, downtown and close to everywhere I wanted to go. Condo had everything that was needed for a very comfortable stay. Spacious facilities perfect for either a solo traveler or a couple. Was extremely comfortable, the perfect home away from home. Plenty of places to eat nearby but everything needed to prepare meals in the condo if required. Supermarket just 5 mins walk away so easy to get supplies TV was via Roku streaming, so if you have Netflix, Amazon Prime etc they can be accessed via that. Roku also provides live TV but I stuck with Netflix so not sure how many channels. Air con/heating depending on weather to maintain a comfortable temperature. The Condo had secure entry which was easy to access with the codes given. Security are also present in the building and very helpful with any directions etc needed. Can get to the Condo from airport easily either by taxi or bus. Bus stops about 3 mins walk. A terrific place to stay!
