Our luxurious accommodation, ‘The Fleet Retreat’ boasts views of the Fleet Lagoon, a stunning nature reserve nestled between world famous Chesil beach and the South West Coast Path (Jurassic Coast). Situated just one mile from the Isle of Portland and two miles from Weymouth town centre, our luxurious accommodation is in close proximity to an abundance of beaches, walks and activities. It is perfect for couples wanting to while away a lazy weekend or for families wanting to explore all that Dorset has to offer.
The Fleet Retreat is a modern, beautifully furnished and well equipped static caravan located on a 5* family owned holiday park. With a south facing veranda and plenty of outside space, our accommodation has beautiful views over the Fleet Lagoon and Ferry Bridge.
Modern furnishings are a staple of the property, which is finished to a high spec throughout. The stylish kitchen contains everything you could possibly want and more for your stay, with pots, pans, crockery and glassware galore. There is one king bedroom with a large fitted wardrobe, dressing table and ample space for you and your belongings to spread out after a busy day. The second bedroom is a twin - perfect for children and there is a small double sofa bed in the living area. Additionally, there are two bathrooms, both with showers.
All bed linen and towels are provided as well as toiletries and kitchen essentials, so there is no need to pack the kitchen sink, all you need to bring is yourself!
The Holiday Park
The Fleet Retreat is situated on the five star family run holiday park 'Chesil Beach', part of the Waterside Holiday Group. Chesil Beach Holiday Park boasts plenty of facilities, which you are more than welcome to take advantage of during your stay.
As a guest at The Fleet Retreat you will have access to:

- Pets - we are pet friendly and welcome two well behaved dogs (sorry no young puppies) into our home. We respectfully ask that pets are not allowed on the furniture and are not left unattended in the property for any period of time.

Efforts will be made to ensure connectivity throughout your stay, however in the unfortunate event of breakdown refunds will not be offered.
- Laundry - washing machines and tumble dryers are located in an on site laundry rather than in the caravan itself.
- Pets - two well behaved dogs are allowed in the property.

Summary: We had a great stay at the Fleet Retreat. The caravan had everything we needed and was very clean. The location is great for accessing Weymouth and the pool on the site and soft play area was loved by my kids. We would definitely recommend.

Summary: Family of 3 and our fur baby This was our first time visiting Weymouth and we chose the perfect place to stay. The owners have thoroughly looked after this clean and welcoming property, we couldn't fault anything. They were in communication with us throughout. The little touches of toiletries and a yummy lemon drizzle cake and bottle of bubbles on arrival was such a lovely gesture. We would happily recommend your place to stay to everyone we know, and we will return to this little slice of heaven called Weymouth! Summary: Beautiful, stylish mobile home, on a lovely site. Homemade cake and Prosecco waiting for us when we arrived. Easy communication with owners and no fuss check in. Great food at the on-site restaurant and entertainment just a minute walk away. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and hope to be back again soon.

Summary: The Fleet Retreat is a lovely clean caravan equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. The views out towards Portland are beautiful and the caravan park location is excellent for access to Weymouth (approximately 10 min drive) and all its attractions. The caravan is spacious and has a lovely veranda to sit on. The park has a great swimming pool, soft play area, playground, arcade and entertainment so perfect for children. We would highly recommend. Our hosts provided timely check in information and contacted us to let us know we could check in early if we wished.
