Positive: The property was in a good location for us to Waterbury, Stowe, Burlington, Montpellier. Large and spacious rooms, quiet airconditioning throughout the property that could be left on during the night. Lots of towels. Shared Hot tub was nice after you get used to walking through your back shared yard and out the fence to the corner of the properties there.

Negative: The road noise was very loud and consistent, with a few hours break during the night, only to then be disturbed by the noise/footsteps/creaking floor from the flat above. Needs a good hoover under sofa, around skirting / under heating around edge of downstairs, and units in the bedrooms - tissue behind/under bedside cabinet in back bedroom. Couldn’t figure out toasting unit to get a decent toast of bread without crunchifing it without colour and burning arm! Conventional toaster would be so much better. Curtain poles downstairs need attention too as two were loose so we didn’t want to draw them closed.

Positive: The house is very clean and niceley decorated. Very spacious and comfortable. Big kitchen.

Negative: There were no K-cups for the coffee maker, it would have been nice to have a starter set for the first morning. We never found the hot tub, I think it was in back of some other rental units and we didn't want to go wandering around when other renters were there. There's a fair amount of noise from the road and traffic starts at 5 am. In the future, they might want to upgrade to better windows if possible.

Summary: This is a very nice house, beautiful area, and we enjoyed our stay.
