Positive: It was a beautiful location with wonderful views of the mountains. The house was beautiful, clean and very roomy.

Negative: There were no railings on the stairways which was an issue for us since my 92-year-old mother stayed with us and had difficulty getting up and down the stairs. We were surprised that this basic safety equipment was not installed in a house where so many people stay. We were not expecting complete handicapped accessibility, nor did we need that, but we did expect railings on stairs, and it was ridiculous for an independent 92-year-old woman to have to crawl up and down stairs because she was afraid of falling. There should have been railings!

Summary: Beautiful house, but we had some issues with a lack of basic safety.

Positive: Everything was nicely done. Owners did not skimp on anything in the house. It was beautiful and extremely comfortable.

Negative: No dessert plates. Need fans or ac on lower floor. Could use a waste basket in each bedroom. Also, at first I thought there was a 6th bedroom but realized I was reading the Zillow LISTING and not the Vacasa description...would love to have the option of renting with the 6th bedroom, although we were very comfortable just the way we were!

Negative: The house definitely needs pest control, the kitchen and downstairs bedroom had cockroaches.

Summary: Location and views of the house were great but due to the cockroaches it was not a pleasant stay
