Apartment obtained from the recent renovation (2003) of the barn, the orciaia and the stables of a nineteenth century farmhouse.
You enter a large space that on one side constitutes the living room with a double sofa bed facing the fireplace, and on the other, divided by an arch, the colored masonry kitchen that surrounds an antique stone sink.
The living room leads to the two bedrooms: "green" with two single beds in wrought iron and "yellow" with a double bed in front of a beautiful fireplace that was used to heat the water to make soap and for the pressing of olives.
A corridor leads to the orciaia, now a large bathroom with a bathtub.
The apartment is furnished in Tuscan style like the choice of materials: terracotta floors and vaulted ceilings.
From the living room and the bedrooms you can access the ancient courtyard, in exclusive use, from where you can admire the sunset between the valleys that surround Florence.
The whole apartment overlooks what was once the main garden now turned into a lawn; the stone boundaries of the flower beds and ancient tools for working the land can still be seen.

Summary: What a peaceful beautiful place! Guido took care of us and our needs in a kind and heedful way, was very helpful when I had a health issue. Summary: We had very nice and relaxing days at the fattoria. Guido took great care of us and our then 2-month-old son and made a lot of effort especially for the little one. The fattoria and its history are something very special and we are most grateful that we had the chance to experience a glimpse of that.

Summary: Very nice place, authentic and charming, corresponding to what we were expecting on pictures (maybe better to be honest). Good location with a car for resting, visiting Florence and doing activities (swimming in rivers/cascades). Excellent contact and recommandation from Guido.

Summary: If you liked the movie "Call Me by Your Name" you will love it here. We came to the Gori Mansion as a group of seven friends. Expectations were high as the sky – and they were exceeded. The place is beautifully located in the hills with an amazing, typically tuscan view. The flat is set up very tastefully, especially the kitchen. It's perfectly equipped to turn all the delicious Italian products you find in the markets (and also in the garden) into opulent meals. Guido gave us great tips what restaurants, trails and waterfalls to explore in the surroundings. But actually, the area is also convenient to just stay at the pool, read a book and smell the rosemary. Thank you so much Guido, for this very special vacation Lisa, Sophie, Julian, Luis, Niki, Vincent and Taja

Summary: Beautiful and welcoming place, Well recommended to all who wants to go to The Tuscany mountains. Nice House with a beautiful interior, The Stone walls and floor makes it cool inside, especially when it is hot inside. Our dogs appreciated that very much. The owners of The House were very welcoming and caring, and I very Much recommend Caiano Fattoria to everyone who wants to go to Tuscany😀
