Positive: All the staff were really lovely very helpful and really wanted us to enjoy our stay. The food was amazing time taken to make sure it was right and cooked to order perfectly. The room was very comfy and the bed was very comfortable as well, all really clean. So yes we had a great stay and we will definitely be back.

Negative: On booking.com the room we chose a room was on first floor, but, according to the Hotel this information doesn't get passed over to them, consequently we had a room on the second floor which was an attic room with steep staircase approach which was not good for us as our mobility is not that great! No ither rooms available. Also the room was cold and we could her the wind whistling through the window. The radiator made a terrible ticking noise so the hotel gave us a portable heater and turned off the central heating.
