This modern three bedroom home is situated in a stunning beachfront location at the Cape Jaffa Anchorage Marina
Take in the stunning views as you relax on the expansive deck with a glass of local wine, or take a stroll along the beach and pick up a fresh lobster straight from the fisherman.
Bring your bikes and enjoy getting out and about in the fresh air in this very quiet location. A perfect opportunity for kids to experience the freedom of country life
Alternatively, sit back and relax as you watch the fishing boats come and go from the luxury of your private deck.
Beautiful solid timber floors flow throughout the house out onto the full width deck. Open the series of double sliding doors and make yourself one with the outdoors from the comfort of the couch.
** This property does not have a television.
**Please be aware the front decking area does not have a barrier. There are also two large steps (without a handrail) to enter the property.
**Not suitable for young children or the elderly.
Pets - We accept pets at this property and we allow them inside. However, they are not to go in any of the carpeted rooms or hop up on any furniture (i.e couches, beds etc). If there are any signs of pets being inside cleaning fees and if there is any damage will be added onto your stay accordingly. Pets also come at a $25 fee per pet and we will need to request this fee from you.
Please note this properties yard is not enclosed.
What to Bring – Our properties are fully self-contained and we supply a starter pack consisting of dish liquid sachets, laundry powder sachets, dish tablets, dish cloth, bin liners, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, bathroom amenities and a roll of toilet paper per toilet. Please note the complementary pack is to get you started for your holiday and through your first night. We only provide bathroom linen for the amount of guests in your booking. We recommend you to bring your own beach towels as we do not provide these. Strictly no bathroom linen to be used for the beach.

Summary: Quiet and peaceful. Concerned about the steps into the house and the lack of railing around the front beachside deck. Would have liked a hook or two in the bathrooms. Drinking water provided was good. Would have liked a TVbut noted this was advised. provided

Summary: Urgently needs maintenance, windows do not open,fly wire doors do not close properly, rust on handles and shower. Not informed of water situation before renting. Shower and Kitchen utensils, appliances and in particular oven unclean. No blinds on windows in bed 2&3. Bottom drawer in fridge broken. Peaceful and lovely views

Summary: Fantastic house, we enjoyed our stay. Nice view of the ocean, short walk to a small beach. Very peaceful and loved sitting on the deck with a coffee. Kitchen well stocked. Small issue with double booking however was resolved quickly with good response time over phone and stayz messaging.

Summary: Lovely stay. Very quiet and secluded with no shops in Cape Jaffa but nice and close to Kingston and Robe for supplies. The beach was very close to the house and even though It was cold for our stay we had some lovely walks. House had everything we needed the deck was a lovely place to relax in the afternoon. No TV which wasnt a concern for us but worth noting for future visitors. Overall a great relaxing experience.
