The Drifter Surf Lodge offers easy, simple coastal living. Close to absolutely everything in Coolangatta, this quiet hideaway has a peaceful, relaxed vibe that will make you want to stay much longer than you planned.
This renovated one-bedroom ground floor apartment is located in a quiet block of only four apartments, and is perfect for a solo getaway, couple, or group of three as it includes a comfortable fold out Koala bed. Offering additional space with a private courtyard, to sunbake or read, complete with BBQ, surfboard racks, beach umbrella and outdoor setting for two.
Modern kitchenette, living and dining area features a new oven and cooktop, mini fridge, plenty of kitchenware, including toaster and kettle for breakfast meals. Generous sized bedroom with split system and comfortable queen bed, and plenty of storage in build-in-robes, storage units and shelves. Modern and beautifully tiled ensuite has a large shower, toilet and basin with ample storage available.
Coolangatta’s amazing restaurants and cafés are just walking distance – Little Mali Café is just 100m away to enjoy delicious coffee or one of the best acai bowls on the Coast. Grab a sunset beer with a view at Rainbow Bay Surf Club. Twin Towns Public Park just over the road to exercise or stroll through, and Tweed Heads Laundromat just over 1km away.
Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy. As it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
Please note: On-site parking is not included but free street parking is plentiful, but subject to availability.
