Positive: The property is in a fantastic position and the views of Coolangatta Beach are fabulous. The entrance to the building and the foyer is clean and welcoming and the staff working at reception very helpful and very friendly. The shared pool was well kept and a lovely temperature.

Negative: Our three bedroom unit 1707 was very outdated and in need of refurbishment and renovation. The walls were very scuffed and tired the bathrooms and kitchen very outdated with chipped tiles . I had to request for the ceilings of the bedrooms to be cleaned as they were very dusty from the air conditioning units. The hallway was very smelly which seemed to come from the rubbish disposal. It was disappointing to pay top dollar for a very basic unrenovated room. I did request to change units but the hotel was full.

Summary: Location and views fantastic, staff helpful and friendly unit 1707. Very disappointing and not worth the money.
