Positive: The view is amazing, the location was great, the apartment was great and the staff was very helpful. I highly recommend this place. I will certainly be re booking this next time I go to Calgary

Positive: The instructions were clear to get access to the property. The property was as described. The property is really nice. As the blinds are not black out blinds, eye mask were provided. Well thought through by the provider.

Negative: Although the apartment was very clean, the dryer filter was not clean, and the vacuum cleaner were not clean. The lift wait time was awful. Only one lift was working over the weekend out of three, for 41 floors. This apartment was on 9th floor. We couldn’t use the stairs going up as there was no fob entrance. The neighbour were really inconsiderate and noise until early hours of the mornings.

Summary: The property is nice. Noise neighbor and long waits for the lifts, the property itself is great.

Negative: The elevator was way too long a wait! We had to press a code and then run to the elevator on time to allow us to our floor. By the time we would get there, there would be a lineup from others so our floor would no longer work. It was very stressful. Please provide keys or a better way next time. Also the door to our Unit was not easy to operate. You literally had to pray that it would open with only one time of inputting the code. Sometimes it worked, and sometimes it didn’t. At the end of our stay, one of us noticed that there was some sort of a fob in the kitchen, but we had no idea what that was for. There was no instructions on a fob in the kitchen.

Summary: Good comfortable unit. Add more mirrors, please and get that elevator working

Positive: The apartment is very well appointed and beautifully furnished.

Negative: We anticipated an early arrival so asked 2mths prior about luggage storage. The Property Manager advised that "our concierge" can help. This was factually incorrect. The Buiding had a concierge on duty who was very pleasant but had no formal relationship with or responsibilty to the Apartment Management company and was unable to help. When contacted the Property Manager confirmed that they didnt have a concierge but was very dismissive and made no effort to help. With no temporary storage options we sat with our luggage in the foyer for 5hours until the apartment was made available at 4pm.
