Positive: Spacious apartment, great view and walking distance to downtown, check in process easy.

Negative: Only one lift working, wasn’t ideal with luggage, long waits for the lift. Microwave wasn’t clean, but we didn’t use the cooking facilities.

Negative: The instruction on parking at P2 was incomplete. We had a hard time finding P2 parking and there was no one on the front desk to help us. We ended up waiting and asking other residents how to park our car. It took us a long time to find the garage. We were given different and confusing instructions by the residents so we ended up trying all the options given to us until we found the correct parking lot. The instructions should be clear, concise and detailed. Other than that we had a good stay.
