Positive: What a terrific find! This property is ideally situated in Dover - close to the Ferry and just a short walk to a plethora of restaurants. The proprietors, Ben & James were great. They explained where everything was and helped us with our suitcases. The room had a view of the castle and was beautifully decorated and furnished. It lacked nothing. We'll definitely stay again

Negative: The stairs. On-site parking is limited but there are ample spaces on the road outside.

Positive: The welcome from our host was excellent and we were well accommodated for given we were a group of six cyclists whose bikes needed storing securely. The facilities were great including the surprise pantry.

Positive: The boys are amazing, as are the rooms. We stayed in 2 different rooms on our way to and from Calais. Everything about the place is fantastic,the decor is so tasteful and beds are super comfy

Positive: So beautifully and interestingly decorated with really attractive furnishings. Very comfortable bed with lovely bed linens and towels. Interesting 'hidden' kitchen area with good facilities for tea and coffee making. James and Ben were perfect hosts and made us feel so welcome. It was the ideal place for access to Ferry port and our trip to France. Highly recommend, we had a perfect stay.

Negative: There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Positive: Wonderful hosts and rooms. Super comfortable and clean with street parking very nearby. Excellent decor throughout and throughtful hot drinks provided. Lovely neighbourhood, easy to find, welcoming hosts and very secure. Very handy for ferry port.

Negative: We understood before booking that the property does not do breakfast.
