Summary: The place was clean, but the building was obviously old and had seen a lot of use over the years. The amenities provided were as advertised and were adequate for my needs. The reason I chose this property was because it was very close to a convention I was attending at the University of Alaska Airline Center, about 5 minutes away. The property is in a residential neighborhood and is reasonably quiet. Shopping for things such as groceries is not much more than 10 minutes away, depending on traffic

Summary: This is a cute two bedroom apartment with a kitchen and all necessary utensils to cook your own meals, but no spices or oils. We booked a four-night stay for three people and were left only one extra roll of toilet paper. Also, only one towel each. I reached out to The Hostbut the only time I got a response was before I arrived. We were not left any information for Wi-Fi, either it's not available or we just didn't get the information. Also, there was no information left in any type of folder about our stay. The beds were comfortable, but the apartment was a too warm because we came over 4th of July. I don't expect air conditioning in alaska, but a fan would have made it much more comfortable. Also, a hand held shower head would have been nice.

Summary: The property was clean, beds were comfortable. The host was always available when needed. I would have liked to seen more amenities in the kitchen. I would stay again.

Summary: As advertised, nice apartment to make a base for seeing Anchorage. Neighbors a little noisy but not an issue for sleeping. Location was good too for getting to all the places in Anchorage.

Summary: This size of the location was just right for my family of 4 for the weekend. The bedsheets and towels were super clean. The only thing is that you can hear people on the other side and on top, since it is an apartment. We wish there was an iron and ironing board. Otherwise, the host was amazing at updating us with information throughout our stay.

Summary: I had so much trouble with the vrbo app on my phone. The Vrbo app didn't appear to log my booking on either the app or the website so I didn't have access to my reservation. Every time I clicked on the link from my email, it would take me to the vrbo site with an error messagte. I explained this in an email to the property managers but they just kept sending me a link to vrbo which I stated was not working. I finally got the door code access to my rental after being on the phone with vrbo agent for an hour. Because i had no access to my booking, I couldn't any info the wifi password either. While using the bathroom sink, water started appearing all over the floor. I looked under the sink and discovered that the drain pipe was not connected properly and there was a pitcher under it to catch water (so the water leak was obviously a known issue and not fixed). The leak reeked like raw sewage. All the extra toilet paper that was stored under the sink got soaked from the water leak, so I ended up having to buy more. Overall, my stay was frustrating, and substandard.
