Positive: The property was comfortable and quiet. The management company staff were very responsive to the issues we reported when we arrived.

Negative: There was no sink in the kitchenette and we had to use the single bathroom sink to clean our dishes. The lack of a sink was not stated in the listing and should be so people know what to expect.

Summary: Our stay was pleasant but we would not chose this property again.

Positive: Had just about everything you need except for a few things

Negative: Hot plate had no instructions on how to use it. We had to wait for someone to help us turn it on, that was the next day. when we had food already in the pan to cook. Come to find out we had to use only 1 certain pan on that hotplate! No washer/dryer available esp to wash our towels to shower. There was no extra towels, we had to ask for towels when he came over to turn our hotplate on. Shower had no bars to hang on to esp for elders to prevent us from slipping. Stepping into shower lil bit too high for someone with bad knees and back and being an elder. I didn’t like the bed! Too high for an elder was sooo hard getting up and too high to just step down! Didn’t like NOT having visitor over to visit us. I have a son who lives in an assisted living facility in Anchorage who we like to have over for visit when we can. Would help to have a dish pan to do dishes instead of over in the bathroom sink only.

Positive: The property could have been kept up better. With no “kitchen sink” I find it very unsanitary and an issue to clean up dishes etc. However it the room served it’s purpose and we were somewhat comfortable.

Negative: Make the property more Neat and tidy property. Larger coffee pot. I am a clean freak, a little more deep cleaning would go along way.

Summary: It served its purpose. No huge issues or problems.

Positive: Great location if you are doing anything at the college campus or the hospitals. We could walk to all our events. Also nice and quiet back street. Great place!

Negative: Appreciated the limited cooking facilities but it’s awkward to do the dishes in the bathroom as there is no countertop area.
