Summary: Had roaches in my room in a 5 star hotel. Even after fumigation, I saw more near my luggage. Didn’t elgey refund for a terrible night mare I had. Last day got an upgrade and complimentary dinner. In general I would expect more sanitation in a 5 star hotel.
