Positive: Breakfast was good, catering to Indian and Continental tastes. Oriental restaurant (The Emperor) was excellent. The Room was comfortable (Suite). The Gym was fantastic! All hotel staff were very helpful.

Negative: The Gym and the choice of equipment for all types of needs was excellent, but The music system in the gym could be improved (too much base causing distortion). Would like a more reasonable room rate :)

Positive: Location is good. The outside looks amazing and clean. Breakfast was very good. Hotel is huge with lots of facilities.

Negative: The spa, waste of time. Only 1 member of staff working. Not all staff are professional, the rooms need huge updating.
