Positive: We loved the whole annexe. It was very clean and well maintained. There was everything there to make our stay comfortable and relaxing.I loved the fresh flowers in the kitchen and living area. It was a perfect place to start a number of walks. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the sun go down and the stars start to twinke. Vicky and Richard are so friendly and helpful. We hope to return in the future.

Positive: Easy to collect keys as clear instructions provided and parking was right by the property. Surrounded by rolling hills with a lovely pub over the road. Great hosts who were nearby if you needed anything and left some basics for when you arrive, tea, coffee, milk, butter and crumpets . Great base for getting out in the Dales.

It was clean a very comfortable with lots of little extras, fresh flowers, basics provided and lovely smelling toiletries. The views from the private decking were beautiful and the pub across the road was the icing on the cake.
