Positive: Beautiful, Clean, comfortable and the view was amazing, the hotel was very nice, the staff were helpful and the hotel restraunt was so very good. One of the best hotels we have stayed in.

Positive: Excellent location and very friendly staff

Negative: A bit noisy due to the proximity to the railway line, but, we enjoyed it. Balcony was a bit dirty due to the pigeons.

Summary: Very enjoyable. Look forward to returning to Jasper to see more of this beautiful area of Alberta

Positive: It’s very conveniently located. Staff were extremely friendly & welcoming. Room was very clean & it was a comfortable stay all around.

Summary: It was very lovely. We only stayed overnight but it was great! We’d book a stay there again for sure.

Positive: Modern, clean & comfortable room. We loved the shower & the little kitchenette. The pool & hot tub were great too. It was nice to sit out on the balcony when the sun was shining on that side.

Negative: We ate breakfast at Terra today before we checked out. We were shocked at the price of the coffee ($5+ and $1 for oat milk). They never came to offer us refills, & the cups were small. We could have had a Starbucks latte for that price, or had coffee in the room for free. We asked for the poached eggs (in the Eggs Benedict) to be medium hard, but they were runny instead. We weren't satisfied & won't eat there again if we return to the hotel.

Positive: The location is great! The rooms are spacious. The hotel has a nice clean pool and hot tub area. We really enjoy staying here when we come to Jasper!
