Summary: One of the nicer accommodations when looking to book online for Jasper. A 7 or 8 minute drive from town centre, but totally worth it!

Summary: Beautifully situated lodge right beside Pyramid Lake. Rooms are slightly dated, but are clean, with a comfortable bed. An good breakfast is available. Guests enjoy complimentary use of canoes and bikes.

Summary: We had a lovely stay here. The lodges were well maintained and provided a microwave in the room which was handy. The rooms were nice, The location was fabulous, they were close to town and in a wonderful setting. We ate at the restaurant once, but found it was very expensive. Yes it was al a cart and nice, but we felt for 2 adults and a child £170 was steep. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Summary: This lodge and location offered a delightful blissful experience for 3 outstanding days. We so enjoyed views and walks from the lodge. Boating easily offered in season and I’d love to return for that. Nice to be away from any traffic or city noise to rest and rejuvenate at the high lake. Loved every minute.

Summary: The staff were super friendly and any problems or issues we encountered, they helped immediately. They have free bikes to sign out and the gentlemen. Who dealt with my sin and I even wiped our seat and handlebars off because it had rained. Beautiful location with many hiking trails that start from the lodge and a restaurant on teh premises. Kayak and canoes are available for rental. My family and I were very pleased with this stay.

Summary: Great views over lake & mountains, room clean & comfortable. Has got a restaurant, on arrival at about 6pm we were told there were no tables available, location is about 6km out of Jasper & there is nothing else nearby, reception staff were not particularly helpful, there is no separate bar, having driven all day we had no option other than to drive into Jasper. We did have breakfast & evening meal in restaurant the following day, staff & food were good. On last day we were told there was no breakfast as restaurant was closed. However that morning there was a large coach party that the restaurant was open for giving them breakfast. We paid a lot of money to stay, not impressed as clearly breakfast was available, only not for us. I did complain.

Summary: This is a great alpine retreat with great views of the mountains and Pyramid Lake. Rooms are rustic and well maintained. Outside seating is private. Staff are excellent. Friendly and helpful. Restaurant is top notch. Wait staff are welcoming and professional.

Summary: Overall, the property and the room was very clean and nice although when we got there, we were told we would be charged an extra $20 a day because we booked through Expedia and the hot tub wasn’t working so we couldn’t use the hot tub apparently that $20 a day was for amenities so upon checkout, I asked if we could just have an explanation of why we were charged that the person there didn’t typically work there so he took my email address and said someone will get back to you and explain what the charges were for no one ever emailed me back and they just continued to charge my credit card. The property is beautiful. The room was clean. I was happy with the room.
