Positive: Location is always a positive feature. The renovations were irksome and I was not prepared for the interruptions in service altho the staff did their best. I was not made aware ( or checked well enough myself) that we would not be located in the main lodge.

Summary: Fair, poor value for money and will not return until all renovations are complete.

Positive: Beautiful place with an excellent golf course. Great pool and bar to relax with. view. The Lodges are rustic, ongoing renovation, some are better than others. But perfect layout for that setting.

Negative: Italian restaurant was overrated, food options overall could be improved. Stayed in an older lodge, one shower fine, the other very poor.

Positive: Wonderful resort directly at lake Beauvert. Huge parklike resort with a great comfort. We liked the flowers everywhere. Huge hotel resort which outskirts were affected by the forest fires of 2024. Some trees at the gulf area were destroyed and the damage is under repair. The normal guest will not feel anything anymore of the desaster and we felt very well ! Friendly staff and we had a wonderful wooden house directly at the lake with a small porch. The house contained two baths , a sleeping room , a living room and a small extra living room with a stove. We felt very well! We will come again!

Positive: Good golf course good main lodge poor outdated rooms no AC . Staff is excellent they sent complimentary drinks when I called in surprise and shock about no AC !!!!!

Negative: No AC Parking far away Old outdated rooms No view

Positive: Beautiful historic property in Jasper! We are so glad to be able to stay here. We did the hike around lake Beauvert, witnessing the remnant of the 2024 fire! It was so closed to destroy the lodge! It was a wonderful property, we see wildlife almost every day !

Negative: The outdoor pool was very pretty, in a wonderful location overlooked the lake but it needs upgrades.

Summary: We would stay again ! Love it here

Positive: The room was renovated and quite nice, especially the bathroom/shower. The service was exceptional! Every employee was friendly and helpful. Dining service was excellent. The food was delicious and we received huge quantities, so we quickly began to share. The location is very quiet, serene, and beautiful! We never left the property, as it provided everything we needed.

Negative: The seating in our room consisted of two hard chairs. We did not have a view of anything other than the back of the next set of rooms.

Summary: We loved the serenity, service and food at this resort.
