Positive: Easy check-in with the smart lock. Amazing views, beautiful property. Hot tub with a view of the water, great for sunsets. Nice, open floorplan. Amazing primary suite and en suite bathroom. Nice Bose sound system with Bluetooth, and a big dining area for family and friends to enjoy the view over dinner. Plenty of parking, we had 3 vehicles, including a boat trailer and it all fit. I got quick responses to questions via the Vacasa app as well.

Negative: These are very minor bits of feedback: The kitchen could use a few more more dish/hand towels; we went though them quickly and needed to wash them. Some of the dishes and flatware were not very clean, probably due to being run through the dishwasher, and it not getting all the bits off. Not a big deal. Overall, it was very clean and well stocked and maintained!

Summary: Amazing views and amenities.
