Summary: The mattress was terrible! Way too soft. The room smelled like a bathroom. There was a huge ball of hair on n the shower drain. Gross.

Summary: Loved the balcony view! Room small but comfortable and clean. Only drawback was we got there early, hoping maybe early check in but the office was closed till 4pm. Check in tho fast and easy. Also it wasnt right on beach as described, the path down was steep looked not safe. But there is a beach nearby with easy access.

Summary: Pros: nice staff, loved the location, felt cozy, plenty of parking, pet friendly, overall felt pretty clean minus the stained sheets which bugged me, bed was super comfortable, good room setup (though- ditch the rug under the table or replace, its outdated and kinda gross and brings the rest of the cozy feel down), good wifi Cons: stained sheets, ant issue- couldn't leave food or drinks by windows, kitchen lacking some essentials- like toaster, juice pitcher, and a baking sheet that actually fits in the oven... we brought meals we had to cook in the stovetop pans in the oven because the baking sheet wouldn't actually fit, clogged shower, biggest con and a safety issue: there were no screens on windows... dog or child could run out on the roof below or fall to the street. It got hot at night and with no AC, we woulda left the window open but it wasn't safe with our doggos, so it got uncomfortable. General suggestion/ neither pro nor con: a broom kept in the room, so we could sweep sand and/or dog hair out during our stay

Summary: Worst most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on. It wasn't even close to level. The pillows were equally dot sh*t. The room was on the bottom floor under the deck in the advertised picture which meant I had people directly above me on the deck making nose all night. Super thin walls and you can hear everything, if anyone above or adjacent uses the restroom you will wake up. Would not recommend.

Summary: People upstairs were extremely noisy. The room was extremely outdated. The way down the beach was unsafe for anybody. The room was extremely hot no was to cool it down. Had to leave the door and windows open to get circulation of air moving.

Summary: The check-in experience set the tone for our stay. The receptionist wasn’t outright rude, but came across as unprofessional and short with us, which wasn’t the welcome we expected. Unfortunately, the room itself was much worse. The floors were so dirty that the bottoms of our socks turned black after walking around. Dust, rust, and broken fixtures were visible on the walls, dirt was built up in the corners, and there was noticeable mildew in the bathroom along with mold on some of the fixtures. The ceiling had a raw textured finish that had never been painted over, making the room feel unfinished and neglected. The towels provided were tiny, thin, and more like gym rags than proper hotel towels. To top it off, the mattress was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever tried to sleep on — hard, lumpy, and impossible to get a good night’s rest. Overall, this was one of the poorest hotel experiences I’ve ever had. With some proper cleaning, maintenance, and attention to guest comfort, it could improve, but as it stands, I would not recommend staying here.
