Summary: I'd booked the wrong date by mistake, on arrival i realised and the woman on reception made a few calls, i then amended my booking to the correct date and luckily they had 1 room left! The staff went above and beyong with everything, service was fantastic, food was amazing, breakfast was amazing! The room was super clean and just what i needed after a 4 hour drive up from the midlands.
