Positive: We enjoyed our time! The space is really cool, but the stairs may be an issue for those with mobility issues. The apartment is really close to the Metro station, several sites, and great restaurants. You should book this spot immediately!

Positive: This two-floor apartment with a closed yard in the very heart of Rome is a true gem. Fabrizio is the awesome host who was very attentive to every detail during our stay. The decor is charming, and the apartment features everything one needs for a ‘Roman holiday’. And yeah, it is few steps from the Spanish Steps and selections of good restaurants and cafes. I hope to come back, and huge thanks to Fabrizio!

Positive: Its youre private little getaway in a a very busy town but it feels like once youre in youre away from it, its decorated well, and the bed was comfy Also appreciated the coffee machine This place is a good position from all yhe atteactions, not too close that you hear screaming and cars, but not so far that theres more than 20 minutes between you and everything else, top of the street is spanish steps, 25 down, colosseum, 5 across Trevi fountain, 10 across pantheon, 25 across vatican, and 5 minutes from the giant park filled with history and a zoo. Its perfect for people who want to walk the back streets, and its near some greta restaurants too, Best thing for me, when it rains it sounds so beautiful outside on the cobbled private entrance.

Positive: Very quiet, cute and comfortable. Easy communication with the host. Great location for walking, eating, shopping and sight seeing. We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have a private outdoor area. Good bathroom and laundry area, comfortable temperature and. Good sleeping

Positive: This is our favourite location in Rome, close to the Piazza Barbarini with its connection to the train station. The apartment door is located within an inner courtyard and the apartment is accessed by a narrow spiral staircase. The bathroom is 18 stairs down from the main floor of the apartment, but has a good handrail and is not difficult once you get used to it. The bathroom is large, modern, and has a washing machine. The main floor of the apartment is of a good size with a comfortable bed, table and chairs and a small balcony which overlooks a neighbouring courtyard. The kitchen area is tiny and it would be difficult to prepare large meals, but is fine for breakfasts and snacks. From this location you can walk to many of the major sights in Rome.

Negative: This is not the place for people who have difficulty with stairs or who are carrying large suitcases. We are a senior couple with carry-on luggage and we didn't have any problems.

Positive: Great location, clean and comfortable. Manager of the property is responsive to questions or helping you with anything you need. We checked into the property very late in the night because of our arrival flight and had no issues checking into the apartment.

Negative: Everything was great. Bathroom is downstairs to living area/bedroom but not a major issue.
