Positive: We booked this apartment and had no regrets. It is amazing. It is clean and brand new. No issues. So much space. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. We visited from America for a family reunion. It has a full kitchen and two outside patios to relax on. All the amenities you need. Very conveniently located walking distance to the luxury shopping , the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. Safe and clean street. There is a luggage storage a few doors down. Perfect location. Also the host Emanuele was amazing. He is very flexible and we were able to do early check in. Such an easy check in experience. He was very communicative. We will visit Rome again and book this apartment again without hesitation.

Negative: I didn’t mind but there are lots of stairs leading to the property.

Positive: We loved everything about this property, so new , so modern , it had everything we could ask for , the best private accommodation we have stayed in , 3 bedrooms which was great for our family of 5, we had all our own space beautiful outdoor courtyard , the accommodation was so central to everything in Rome, around the corner from the Spanish steps and short walk to the Trevi fountain , so many fab restaurants nearby , next to all the shops , we 💯 % recommend this beautiful property to everyone, Emanuele the host was very lovely and gave us lots of information.
