Positive: Nicely decorated and well equipped, decent size living room & kitchen area, good parking.

Negative: Noise level between the upstairs property and location of their lounge above one of the bedrooms, caused disruptions. Smaller bedroom - unable to get round the bed and with limited mobility it was uneasy.

Summary: Great accommodation for a couple night stay.

Negative: Its brand new, just missing teeny details such as somewhere to put a loo roll and we improvised some coasters to avoid marking the beautiful tabletops. Needs a welcome book to explain things!

Positive: Well equipped and all very modern. Stylish decor.

Negative: The arrival arrangements. We had been given a door code but this wasn't for our property - it was for the main house where the owner lived. Eventually we found the door to our property with the keys in the door. We hadn't been told to expect this. There was another property upstairs and it would be useful to have a name plate on each cottage to avoid any mix up. The upstairs property was booked out the next day and when they arrived, the people had exactly the same problem of access as we did. Also it tells you to drive past a dilapidated barn - it doesn't exist so the directions need updating! The settee in the Lounge was not very comfortable and could only seat 2. There was only one other chair so seating for 3 when the property is marketed for 4. The lounge unfortunately has a poor outlook.
