Summary: Cottage is in a great location very easy to walk to the beach and village. Cottage was well supplied. 2nd bedroom was a bit difficult to get in and out of bed as it was a bunk bed and we are in our late 70's. It was geared for a younger group. But all else was perfect!

Summary: Spent a week over a very wet Easter Break. Short walk to the Beach and High Street, so very convenient. Free parking nearby was also pretty easy during our stay. Recommended.

Summary: Comfortable property close to all amenities. Exeter and Sidmouth in comfortable driving distance and well worth a visit. Lovely cream tea provided by wonderful hostess who couldn’t have been more helpful.
