Positive: The cabin was very cozy and clean. The checkout process was also easy. Directions to the exact location were also very detailed and easy to follow.

Negative: The iron water source wasn't favorable, but given the location, I'm from a small town back in the mountains and the iron water is hard to avoid.

Positive: The location was secluded, but still only about 10-15 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. There were only two of us, so we did not need to use all of the space available, but it would be great for a family getaway or even friends gathering together. Having access to a washer and dryer was an added bonus, and there were lots of outlets available for charging devices.

Negative: I was disappointed to see that the coffee maker available ended up being Keurig -- in the pictures, it looked like there was a regular coffee maker. We were unable to bring the coffee we brought, and we were limited to the number of Keurig cups provided by the rental. We experienced limited cell service (we have ATT), so we only received text messages sporadically. Finally, while we appreciate the option of streaming television, the channels we were able to access often lagged/froze, and we didn't feel there many options to choose from.
