Positive: The Cottage is absolutely beautiful, there is everything you need, fully equipped kitchen nice bathroom, comfortable bed, living area with TV, and plenty of garden space with squirrels an birds, also there is a very safe parking secured with Electric Gate, Mark the host is very helpful, I strongly recommend this place.

Positive: Tranquility. Spacious garden. Free ranging hens & duck in garden. Abundance of birds & squirrels in garden. Super comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom. Well appointed kitchen & lounge. Lovely hosts.

Positive: LOVELY CENTRAL LOCATIONS LOTS TO DO BUT PEACE AND QUIET AS WELL...MAD SQUIRRELS HOURS OF ENTERTAINMENT... THOUGHTFUL HOSTS...MILK IN FRIDGE! JESSE THE CAT LOVED IT. WILL BE BACK.

Negative: NOTHING REALLY... APART MAYBE FROM HAVING TO WALK ACROSS WET GRASS AS IT RAINED A LOT. COULD DO WITH STEPPING STONES TO SAVE WET FEET.

Positive: The location was ideal for the plans that I had made to see gardens and historical buildings. It was in a rural area, but convenient to main roads. The hosts were helpful with suggestions for meals and places to see. The cottage garden was a great place to unwind in the evening.

Summary: One of my favorite places to stay in all of my trips to England.

Positive: Lovely setting but unsuitable for those of us less able bodied It may be all on one level but the furniture was too low for us oldies . I had called Sykes and spoken to someone who said while it wasn't wheelchair friendly it would be fine for someone with a stick Host was lovely Very welcoming

Negative: Quite hard to find in the dark Better signposting needed

Positive: Our hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. The location is beautiful. Not only are the grounds lovely, but it's so peaceful and an ideal base to explore the local area. We also enjoyed some fresh eggs from their own hens, an unexpected treat! The perfect place to relax and catch up with our family after months of lockdown.
