Positive: The hotel was beautiful and pleasant. Michaela was AWESOME!! She was so friendly, helpful, and professional. The breakfasts were wonderful and the 2:00p freshy baked cookies were an absolute nice touch and a delight! The location is ideal and provided great ease to shops, restaurants, etc.; it made the stay very lovely. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to others. Actually, I already have! :-)

Negative: Honesty, there wasn't anything I didn't like. I was surprised, however, that room keys are still issued!

Summary: My short stay was WONDERFUL! I was there on business but will definitely return for pleasure!
