Summary: The house is very well maintained and clean, we enjoyed the pool table. The kitchen has everything that you need rooms are so spacious. The road is super quiet too just like in a movie I would recommend.

Summary: This is a spacious, comfortable home with many amenities. I travelled with my husband and another couple. It rained for the first 2 days of our stay, so we were very happy there was a pool table and ping pong table. It's a very quiet neighborhood, but very close to the center of Edgartown. We thoroughly enjoyed this home!

Summary: My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at this home. The host was very gracious and made the rental and check in/check out process very easy. The host was also kind enough to provide recommendations on activities, restaurants and things to do during our stay. The house was as-advertised; very clean and spacious with plenty of living space (we had a party of 4 adults and 4 kids and there was more than enough space for us). Is strongly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway on Martha’s Vineyard.

Summary: We have been vacationing on the Vineyard for over 20 years now and couldn't be happier with our stay here! The location was perfect (2 miles from the beach not even 2 miles from town) the house was exactly as advertised, and the coordination of our stay with the owners and the property manager could not have been easier or more pleasant. The house was well equipped with absolutely anything you could want or need and to sweeten the place even more everything was very clean and neat. We had a large group - to give you an idea of what this house can easily and comfortably accommodate we had - my parents, 2 sisters and their significant others, my brother his wife and their 2yr old, and myself my husband and our 7 month old - we all had plenty of space for privacy and loved convening in the kitchen/family room space. Further notes on the location - we walked and biked to town everyday, it is very accessible!! Although most of us drove to the beach as we drive on at Norton Point, there were plenty of occasions people biked to the beach before hopping in a car to drive on. The Katama General Store is only 1 mile away, Morning Glory Farm is right down the road, and the grocery store was an easy drive only taking a few minutes to get to. Overall GREAT STAY!!!

Summary: We stayed at this lovely Road to the Plains house with a large group of family and friends consisting of seniors, married couples with babies and singles. It worked out perfectly. Everyone loved the house - there was space for gathering and for private time and terrific play spaces. Pool table and ping pong table were put to great use including a few tournaments and the spacious, perfectly flat backyard allowed all kinds of outdoor play. The kitchen is well designed for teams of cooks and socializing while cooking. And amazingly well equipped, including excellent knives. I have been renting on the island for three decades and can honestly say I don't think I have ever encountered a decent chopping knife for the fabulous veggies available a short bike ride down the road at Morning Glory. Easy ride to South Beach. In addition Jim was a thoughtful owner sending email reminders and good information and caretaker Eric replied to all requests quickly and efficiently. A seriously perfect house!
