Positive: Lovely location, close to Oxford and other places that we wanted to visit. Had breakfast on each morning was satisfying and allowed dogs which was a massive bonus
Negative: We did find a pill under the bed when we first arrived which we through away quickly before the dog could get it and the mugs in the room still had coffee in from the previous guests but other than that the room was clean

Positive: It was in a good location with ample parking. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom adequate.
Negative: It was a bit run down, in need of decorating and the room smelled of dog.
Summary: It was fine for an overnight stay, there was not much choice for breakfast other than cooked breakfast, would have liked

Positive: The location was good, close to Blenheim Palace, which was the main purpose of our trip.
Negative: I requested ground floor or a lift for my wife as she has a disability, this was acknowledged and a message stating there would be no additional cost. I was therefore shocked to discover that I had to get her up a flight of 15 very steep stairs! Some of my parry members spoke to the manager/owner but they became agitated and seemingly quite rude. Also outside was very scruffy with an area of the underpass roof showing signs of old damage that wasn’t repaired.
Summary: Comfy night but would not go there again.
