Summary: We've loved staying here over the years, however now the place is pretty run down. The pool and pool area have old dirty run down chairs and it is npt cleaned daily. No towels are available anymore for pool use. Also only continental breakfast, which is sad because the restaurant always had amazing food. Fixtures need updated in much of the hotel. The rooms are still very nice and comfortable but older. The staff is phenomenal every time and will handle your every wish.

Summary: This was an absolutely delightful place to stay. The room was beautifully decorated, the bed was super comfortable, the views were spectacular of the lake and surrounding area. We were greeted with champagne upon entering, and even though we did not eat dinner there, the menu for the restaurant looked delicious! Very, very, very nice people and we will definitely stay there again.

Summary: Jose and rest of staff are best ever with their friendliness and desire to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The only improvement they need to make is to regularly clean the out door seating and replace torn and ripped seat materials that are visible and off putting. Bird poop everywhere on seating spots outside when you want to enjoy the beautiful lake.
