Summary: House was in great condition and exactly as described. Check-in details were accurate and easy to follow. Great location for us and a quiet neighborhood with nice amenities. Small details like a few light bulbs were out, closet door off-track, no large serrated knives, and unable to open garage door with keypad, but nothing that would distract from the stay or 5-star rating. Would stay again!

Summary: The location and set up of the house was perfect for our group of adults and teens. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved having the pool just steps from the house and the view of the mountains was breath taking. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We've vacationed a number of times over the years at various homes in Legacy Villas in La Quinta and have always enjoyed every visit. The location of Skip's house is now one of our favorite locations - on the far perimeter of the complex with the magnificent mountains right at your doorstep. Five of us stayed for four nights in mid December at the timing was perfect. Mild temperature in the daytime and slightly cooler nights, no wind and just clear blue skies. Couldn't have asked for better conditions. The house and furnishings are very comfortable with king and queen beds, TVs in every room and fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom. It was great to wake up every morning, open the windows and see the morning sky or take our coffee out on the patio and just take in the mountains and boulders that come right down to the edge of the property. Also, with a pool and jacuzzi just outside the front door, we could take a swim or warm up in the jacuzzi whenever we wanted. We hope we can come again soon - this is the best place to stay in our opinion. Reese Family
