Summary: We had everything we needed and it was a beautiful and serene environment. The linens were great (the ones we checked the tags on were Restoration Hardware), the quilts and duvets were very comfortable (Linen and Cotton). Plenty of pillows. The outdoor furniture was great for relaxing during the day and we had many hummingbirds coming up to say hello as we sat on the sofa. There is an electric grill on the deck, which is great, even though we opted for cooking steak in the large cast iron skillet instead. The grounds of the community are gorgeous. We started every day with a walk down Eisenhower to have breakfast at Yes Please in Old Town LaQuinta, and then we would walk back afterwards. That's about 9000 steps by 9am! We miss it already! The pools are awesome and it's easy to find one that isn't being used at all. The trail behind the villas (against the mountainside) is easy to navigate. Multiple grocery stores are very close by, as well as some next door at the Hilton resort. Our kids played Pickleball there one afternoon and the price for court and paddle rental was really reasonable, in my opinion. If we can come back anytime soon, we definitely will!

Summary: We were 3 Senior couples, and really enjoyed our stay in our 3 BR / 3 BA condo. The entire gated community is very nice! We have stayed here before and will make this an annual visit .. everything w/the condo went smooth and as advertised. Would stay in this unit again! Communication with the Property Manager was great as well.

Summary: Legacy Villas is a beautiful property and we loved staying in this unit - it was perfect for our family. Plenty of space, and we enjoyed the big balcony for eating and lounging. The pictures are accurate - those two bedrooms are huge each with their own big bathroom, and the third is just fine, with a bathroom across the hall. This unit is convenient to the clubhouse and the large pool, which my young grandkids loved. We also liked just walking around the well maintained property and being close to the mountains was really special. Skip was very helpful with any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The condo was just as pictured and was well-appointed with everything we needed including spices! We'd definitely stay here again. Only slight problem was locating the condo and parking spot. We arrived at 2 am (5 am our time). It was dark and we were very very tired. Found everything eventually, but we needed to print out the instruction before getting there since there was no internet connection outside the condo.
