Positive: The location and site were very good, very quiet.

Negative: the address we were given was in complete, All we had was south road and the postcode. We had to phone the owner who told us it is on "CHERRY PARK" south road. This should be included for future guests.

Positive: The location was great - close to all amenties, chippy, shop , cafe,site was lovely and clean as was our chalet, very quiet which we like , only a twenty minute drive in to skegness , there was a pool - we didnt use it this time but will on our next stay

Negative: The only thing i will say is there wasnt a fan in the room - we did go out and buy a couple as it was 30 degrees so very hot , there is a little aircon unit in both bedrooms but wasnt enough for us , others may be ok with it though

Positive: Location clean equipped with everything you need and more quiet area . Close to shops restaurants etc

Negative: Heating very noisy couldn’t have on thoughout the night as chalet got very cold . No instructions how to use most equipment .Beds to near the walls . Low ceiling into kitchen area for someone who is tall .
