Positive: Lovely private garden area. loved there were board games and books to read. Drawers in bathroom had complimentary toiletries. Dog bowls, poo bags etc available if you're bringing a dog. In a quiet area of chapel St Leonards but has the beach next door with north sea observatory and pub and shop very close. Village centre with shops and places to eat only 10 minutes walk away

Negative: Very dusty and had lots of cobwebs and massive spiders yuck. The hot water sometimes worked but mostly didn't so we had to boil kettle to wash up. Phoned the cleaner/maintenance lady and left a message but no one got back to us

Summary: We had a lovely mini break but it would have been better if we could have had our water problem sort
