Summary: This was a very nice hotel. The only complaint would be the elevator was not working. Location was excellent, close to restaurants in walking distance.

Summary: Everything was pretty except for the water pressure in the shower. I would have appreciated if they had proper water flow/pressure. I felt cold while taking shower which is not the experience I want visiting the east coast.

Summary: Love this beautiful old place. Management was wonderful to work with us while the elevator is being fixed. Breakfast was delicious with homemade granola and great hot options. The decor is lovely. Friendly staff. We would stay here again any time we are in Concord.

Summary: For the most part the Centennial was excellent. The only downside was the elevators were out of order. The location is exceptional, within walking distance of restaurants and the State Capital Building. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast had good variety.

Summary: What a wonderful stay !!! We will return. Staff was so help full. A great staff can make a stay so wonderful Break fest was great the home made granola mix was very nice touch. We can not say enough great things about this hidden Gem. Thank you all so much

Summary: The hotel has historical charm and character and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful -- but the place has deteriorated significantly over time. I stayed a couple of years ago and enjoyed the restaurant (closed now) and thought it was well-maintained. That's no longer the case -- elevator broken, exercise room rather decrepit, room was ok but the only air conditioner was a window unit, sink was not draining well. Any one of these is understandable but in combination, it conveys the impression that there is a need for a major overhaul to fulfill the hotel's potential. The continental breakfast was good, the usual with more fresh fruit than is typical.

Summary: Floor of the room was not clean. Dust and hair. Incuded breakfast was decent. Room was spacious and the beds were fairly comfortable. AC worked well and the room did not smell. Elevator was down so we had to take the stairs on the 3rd floor
