Negative: Could not open our curtain for light, there was only the blackout curtain, room 214, so we were reticent to open them. You should at least have a sheer. There was no fan in the bathroom.. deal breaker for me.. sorry.

Summary: Met my need for a stay over w a friend as we enjoyed a night @ Chubb.

Positive: Wanted Breakfast but the place was filled with children. Not your fault. I just wanted a quiet coffee and... Loved the on site restaurant/Bar and Bartender, Scott. He was very pleasant, funny and cordial. The entire staff seemed like they loved their jobs. Refreshing! My daughter and I had a great burger with truffle fries. Cooked perfectly. Until next time!

Summary: I stay here every time I visit my Daughter in Concord. Worth every penny!

Positive: Nice rooms, really good pretty location and pretty building. Very high quality bed. I really enjoyed sleeping there. The on-site bar & restaurant may be an attraction for some .. (but I don't drink and tend to avoid restaurant food in general). Overall a classy nice place with great staff.

Negative: Breakfast was carby muffins and other assorted fattening sugary foods. They did provide me with some hard-boiled eggs on request though. If you like sugar for breakfast, then the breakfast is for you. If you, like me, avoid carbs (especially sugary ones), go for the hard-boiled eggs or eat elsewhere.

Summary: Great value and great location very nice building and great beds.

Positive: Room was spacious. The restaurant at the hotel is really nice. Good breakfast, compared to what you normally get for free at other hotels. Easy parking,

Negative: The whole hotel was under renovation. It was almost freezing at the hall/lobby. My room was also extremely cold and I needed a portable heat. After 2 days, the room came back to normal and was warm without needing the portable one. But I told about this problem to the staff and they never showed any concern, urgency or seemed to care much. It was really disappointing.
