Summary: Staff, Barbara Jean, was exceptional. Bed and pillows are comfortable, good shower. I would suggest getting rid of glasses and switching to wrapped plastic cups. Glasses were filthy. Nice breakfast offered and the staff is wonderful.

Summary: With the limited TV offerings at most Motels, the fact that their Netflix hookup was not working was a disappointment. In the bathroom, the exhaust fan was disgustingly filthy. It also had no switch to turn it off, so it ran all night making sleeping a challenge. (Closing the bathroom door helped a little.) Other than that, the room was neat & clean. While it's nice to have a small coffee maker in the room, it would be nice to have a couple of tea bags for those who don't drink coffee (Courtyard used to do this in the not too distant past). Also, neither the room nor the ice machine area had an ice bucket. On the plus side, staff were especially professional and helpful, being able to find me a couple of local restaurants open on Thanksgiving day - impressive!

Summary: Room not so clean! A lot of maintenance needed as well, such as outlet detached from surface of table, coffee machine missing parts(not clean), furniture/table/desk damaged.
