Summary: With the limited TV offerings at most Motels, the fact that their Netflix hookup was not working was a disappointment. In the bathroom, the exhaust fan was disgustingly filthy. It also had no switch to turn it off, so it ran all night making sleeping a challenge. (Closing the bathroom door helped a little.) Other than that, the room was neat & clean. While it's nice to have a small coffee maker in the room, it would be nice to have a couple of tea bags for those who don't drink coffee (Courtyard used to do this in the not too distant past). Also, neither the room nor the ice machine area had an ice bucket. On the plus side, staff were especially professional and helpful, being able to find me a couple of local restaurants open on Thanksgiving day - impressive!

Summary: Room not so clean! A lot of maintenance needed as well, such as outlet detached from surface of table, coffee machine missing parts(not clean), furniture/table/desk damaged.

Summary: Expedia lists check out at 12 but came 11 and housekeeping were standing at the door waiting. It was not their fault as their check out is really 11 and on expedia it states 12 which is not true. Other than that mishap, the stay was fine.
